SHORT TERM ONLY: 1 nice and large sleepout area -- with single bed. Carpeted. Bedside table, cupboard. Has no door but a full curtain for privacy. The door between the kitchen to the rest of the house can be closed at night so you have the kitchen and bathroom to yourself after about 10pm. **$150 per week**
LONGER TERM: medium sized bedroom with queen bed, cupboards, drawers, bedside table, ceiling fan, heater. **$180 per week**
The house: me (33, f), a friend (33, m) and my friendly (10, m) Jack Russell Terrier. The house is directly opposite KFC, Hungry Jacks, Coles, Woolworths, Coles, laundromat etc.
One bathroom, 2 toilets. I'm looking for a laidback but tidy person to make up a friendly household! The usual provisos apply... social smokers/drinkers are okay (outside smokers only though) but no heavy users please!

Preference is for a traveller, holiday maker or someone who is looking for accomodation and needs a short term place (from a few days to a couple of months). Sorry, but no couples considered and looking for people in their late 20's or early 30's only.
